Stark Exterminators

I am a realtor and use Stark Exterminators for all my CL100’s. They provide a great service for a fair fee. I highly recommend them.

We’ve used Stark (and what was formerly Anchor environmental) for the past year and could not be happier with their service. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised after their merger to find that the service was just as amazing. The technicians are always kind, professional and trustworthy. The pricing is the best I’ve found in the Summerville area and they’re always upfront about service costs. Whenever we’ve noticed more bugs than usual, they come out quickly and always resolve our problem. Can’t recommend Stark enough!

Respectful customer service from exterminators and reception staff however, I do not recommend signing a termite contract with them without knowing which termite situations they do not cover damages for. (Ex. If your home gets an infestation that originated from trees, wet leaves on roof, gutters, moisture above ground the damages are not covered ). The area I live in is a humid and has trees. Not knowing I was signing a $400+yr protection contract for termites only if they originate from the ground put my home and family in a bad state due to thr three months it took to get rid of the termites and the damages to the structure of my home after they were gone inside and out. I also had two previous Cl-100 termite inspections from them that cleared my home of termites. Please be careful w
