I've always received great service from Stark, but this recent experience truly stood out. A huge shout-out to Enrique. He was incredibly patient, courteous, and professional. What impressed me most was that he took the time to let my father observe his process and kindly answered all my questions along the way. It’s rare to see someone so knowledgeable and willing to educate while doing their job. Stark is lucky to have him!

we had an Ant infestation yesterday after the initial service which took place about 2 weeks prior. They came out and sprayed each area thoroughly in the house. Ants are no longer trying to take over!! Thank you so much for your quick response, and great pricing.

I'd like to mention the Jay, who services our property is absolutely outstanding. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does, he was alert when recently providing service, and alerted us that the lanai had started to dislodge from the house. All they want to do is throw boxes down for rodent control. Two traps in the Attic That they only checked twice. I was told it was unlimited on the trapping when in fact they charge you $140 every time they set two traps. They do not work hand in hand with a plumbing company. When I was told out the gate that it was guaranteed. Problem still not solved amount $800 and they've done nothing about it!

They were in charge of the inside which they took care of from the outside which was fine. But the front of our landscaping got so infected with red ants that we had to dig out a large portion of our landscape and they never made us aware of the problem. It was brewing for many months.
