Connected with this company for a “free” estimate/quote after posting a job request on Angi last summer. Got the quote soon after they visited my house and ended up using another electrician who charged less than half of what they quoted me. Everything seemed fine until I got a final payment notice from them in the mail yesterday threatening collections, lien, etc. When I called and asked what I was being charged for I was told it was for the quote. I explained that I was offered a free quote thru Angi and was told they don’t offer free quotes and were no longer partnered with Angi. When I asked them to produce the contract where I agreed to those terms referenced in their letter (they never gave me one), I was told I was being unfair for “focusing in on one part of the letter” and that th

RPM/Vesta Maintenance sent over Bruce K, a very seasoned electrician, to address a problem I’ve had for the past seven years: lights and appliances in bedroom flicker on- and-off for no reason. The guy was amazing. He did a phenomenal job. He checked everything within the circuit breaker box , discovered the problem and replaced the part. He’s polite, professional and very efficient. I was driving on Collier RD today and White F150 owned by Starr Electric with the license plate rxl9112 decide they were going to pass us but when they did so they almost hit us. We were behind him for awhile and he could barely stay in his lane, and he was exceeding speed limits more than 25 over and later probably over 40 over. Honestly the driving was horrifying.

Didn’t fix anything, just said the surge protector was bad and unplugged it. The staff said two different technicians came to the house……not true. I met with one technician at my house for less than an hour and he didn’t fix anything!! Totally Ripped off…..would not recommend

Nice people, reasonable rates, good work, Terrible Communication. They “basically rewired” my house, or so I was told. They did get the job done, meaning everything works. The reason for the 3 star rating ( wish I could do 3.5 ) was the discrepancy in hours worked. This turned out to be an hourly job, which I was told, after asking of course. Knowing this I called the guy every morning and every evening, in an attempt to keep up with the number of hours he was working. Despite this when the final bill came there were discrepancies. Not huge ones but when paying by the hour, a few hours can mean a few hundred dollars. I will give the owner credit for calling and having a conversation but I felt that he dismissed it without any real explanation, except to say “everything looked right”, base
