I don’t know how frequently they can do this, but they got out there the same day I called in the issue with my garage door. The technician that showed up was very clean cut, personable, and professional. I would have no problem with him coming to my home and my family was present. The door was fixed within the hour. Great job.

Great, ethical company. When our garage door started giving us some problems, I delayed calling anyone out for awhile. I just didn't want to deal with the upsells and hassle. I heard about State 48 from a business peer and called them out. It was great! Nothing like I had experienced before with other companies. They were prompt, communicated well so we knew when they were coming, and most importantly, didn't try to sell us the moon. It was so refreshing to have a garage door company come out and do what was needed, give me some basic maintenance tips, quickly fix our problem, and charge what I thought was a very fair price. These are the guys to call if you want a great experience.

They arrived within the scheduled window, came prepared with everything we ordered, and were clean and respectful of our property.
