State Parking Garage E

Don’t park here for Longhorn games. Maybe Moody Center. On 9/20, Reason being, we were stuck on level 4 from 10:00pm to 11:45pm with no movement. There were no traffic control. Only 1 lady who doesn’t work there volunteered to do traffic control but she was only letting 1 car out per turn. It got so bad that people got out of their vehicles to look down, fights were breaking out at the entrance, and we considered calling the police to get involved. It was a huge mess. Consider further away.

Convenient to everything downtown. The garage is a tight squeeze if you're in a larger vehicle. The parking garage fills up fairly quickly.

Not open to public. Only for state employees.

It has a sign that says it's for state workers only, so I didn't risk using it.

Great location. We used it for parking at the state history fair.
