I’m looking for a kitchen faucet with a long shank for butcher block counters and just had a most helpful phone conversation here with a person who went to their storeroom, measured the shanks, and gave me model numbers and other info! My husband has picked up parts from them for years for small plumbing repairs and I appreciated their taking the time to help me with my design problem! Adding to this review. It was Mo who helped me and the info he gave me let me sort out what would work and I was able to call back and order.

Stopped by to get something to solve a tricky issue with a pipe while trying to connect my dish washer. The people working there are knowledgeable and we're very open to helping me. They ended up suggesting a simple solution for what I was looking for. I ended up getting a stop valve that was a better choice for what I was doing. The valve was of great quality, better than the ones I found at the warehouse style hardware stores. The only thing is the pace is in the back of the building and kind of hidden, you wouldn't know what they do from driving by. I was referred there by a local hardware store that didn't have what I needed, otherwise I wouldn't have thought of going there.
