I would not recommend ordering oil from this place. I read the reviews online and figured let me still give them a try my first 4 deliveries no problem. I called on Tuesday the gentleman took my order and credit card said i will get my delivery within two days. l called back on Thursday to follow up a girl answer said she has no order for me and don't know who took my order on Tuesday and got extremely nasty on the phone with me when i got nasty back with her she hung-up. It's one thing to say we did not get to you and will make your delivery on this day but don't tell me i never order oil. This place is extremely rude and good luck using them. When i called to talk to the manger and make sure they don't charge my credit card he did not want to talk with me. How does a company like this st

Terrible customer support Cancelled a delivery commitment after 5 days of promises and told me to find another company. This days before a predicted extreme cold wave Don’t use them

My wife and I have been a customers of State Utilities (originally Astro fuel) for over 20+ years. We have been using them for our heating oil deliveries for a long time. We had a 25 year old oil heating system that had been "patched" here and there over the years but it was definitely time for a new one. Some components were no longer made and we could tell it was very inefficient. James came out and gave my wife and I a quote for various boiler replacement options, from a partial to a complete replacement. The pricing was very fair and we were explained the pros and cons of each replacement option. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. My wife and I opted for a complete boiler replacement install. We have been using State Utilities for COD Oil Delivery for years! Last night had an issue with our boiler & left a message for an Emergency call. The gentleman Mike called us within 10 minutes & since the boiler was working when push the reset button we decided to wait until the morning! At 8am this morning Al the service tech was at the door for the repair. He advised didn’t think there was anything wrong with it but just needed to be serviced-which he did & what a difference-so quiet again & working as expected! He was polite, professional & left the job site clean! Highly recommend-didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need! I called the office & paid by Credit Card & done! All were very professional & very satisfied by the experience which I thought was going to be a nightmare! Tha
