Statements in Stone

I'm a priest in a Catholic church, and we are constructing a new prayer garden for parishioners to come and spend time in a tranquil, prayerful spot away from the busy road. We plan on putting a religious statue into a sturdy yet beautiful shrine, and for that we needed skilled stone masons. Statements in Stone provided the necessary skill, efficiency, and professionalism to make this process go very smoothly, and I could not be happier about the final product! Had a great experience with Statements in Stone! I had two small holes left in a concrete on a backyard after a recent pipes replacement. Big thanks to Chris and Paul for putting new concrete back to cover these holes as well as answering all the questions I had. Work was done fast, and a price was great too!

I had a pretty annoying drainage issue and contacted Statements in Stone. The owner actually answered the phone! A consultation was conducted by Chase in no time and a written quote provided. It was thoroughly professional. They showed up when promised, completed the work in a timely manner, and left everything clean and in order. Workmanship is excellent! The retaining wall they built for me not only solved the drainage issue, but is perfectly matched to the existing structure. Looks wonderful! Paul Bronson owner of Statements in Stone has done our walls in Raleigh, our stone and glass house along the Cape Fear River and now our three bridges over creeks at our farm in Harnett County. Chance did the stone work and did a perfect job on the 6 two foot high by 20 foot long walls using river stone which created a very natural look. He also was very patient with us as we made changes after the first wall. Paul’s has a great eye for making it look just right and has become a good friend. I had a dry stack wall that one side was falling down. Paul (the owner) came out and quickly assessed it was due to the fact there was no drainage out of the wall so the water was pushing forward the stones/wall. They spent 4 days unstacking the stones, putting in drainage pipe and restacking the stones/wall. It’s so much better now and upright. They also lifted 2 granite steps and put a proper base underneath bc the steps had sunk down into the soil. They are true artisans and understand stone. Very fair pricing too. Def will use again.
