Statkus painting

Hired Chris Statkus to paint the exterior of my home and could not be happier! Chris is the nicest guy, showed up when he said he would, and worked hard every day until the job was completed. Not only did he do very thorough prep work, including, pressure washing, sealing cracks around the exterior and around the windows, trenching around the home, repairing stucco that had weathered away and applied a chalky sealer, he did a fantastic job painting the house (2 coats), back deck, front deck, doors and garage, and he also installed shutters for me and an exterior wall house decoration. Highly recommend.

Chris is punctual, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. In my opinion, he is a rarity for an independent contractor in Florida. He takes great pride in his work, and continually does more than is either required or expected. We will be hiring him again, and I vigorously and continuously recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Chris pressure washed our driveway and algaesided our house. Everything looks so great. He did this all while cold front came thru with rain. Excellent job. So glad we are ready for spring. ! We are going to do this at least once a year!!
