. I went in for some lid extensions . The man and woman in the office and the forklift operator were helpful and friendly. Although it was a simple transaction, they provided excellent customer service and will definitely have my business next time I'm in need of concrete products .

Stauffer installed our Norweco septic system which I'm assuming is great bc everything seems to work! What I was really impressed with is that our system comes with two years of routine service. After not hearing from me to set up our account, I was contacted by Stauffer to do this. Even after getting set up, I never scheduled service. One day when working in the yard, a Stauffer rep showed up. He had been in the neighborhood working with another customer and thought it would make sense to stop by. Thank goodness he did, somehow our septic had been powered down! We had been using it for weeks without realizing it. Although I have not bought from this business yet, I've made several phone calls and the people that I have talked to have been very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered. Definitely be using them in the future

We had a contract with them when we bought the house that was good for 2 yrs, they came out every 6 mths to service, snd had no problems with this company. However our contract expired in July and called them 4 times to come snd service our septic , no one ever called back!! Would not even give a 1 star but i didnt have a choice!! Very poor business etiquette!!
