Beshoy Agaeby, the owner of Stay Comfy HVAC, was fantastic to work with. He was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me troubleshoot my furnace issues. After diagnosing the problem, he replaced the furnace transformer and clearly explained what went wrong and why. He took his time walking me through everything step by step and also helped install and set up a new WiFi thermostat. His calm, thorough approach really reduced the stress of the situation.
