Stay Cool Air Conditioning & Heating

We have had multiple issues with our unit since we moved into our home. Stay Cool has been wonderful to work with going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and up to date communication the three times we've had to have them out. Christian has located the problem and gotten it addressed each time. At one point we had to wait for a part from the manufacturer and they brought mobile units to ensure we had at least a few cool rooms in the house, not to mention they brought the second unit on their "off" day. Highly recommend working with them. They will take care of you!

Lionel arrived to complete our mini-split maintenance. He was very polite and respectful. He explained his process with us in a very professional manner. He thoroughly cleaned our inside and outside units. We are extremely satisfied with the service he provided. We looked forward to having him provide our service in the future.

Our ac went out the week before Thanksgiving and we were so stressed out. Stay cool was fast to get someone out for a quote. They were straight forward and upfront about everything. The unit had to be replaced and the one we picked was slightly bigger, needing the wall and floor to be cut. There was no mess left behind and they were extremely respectful and cut only what had to be cut. They fixed the wall and covered the unit and it came out really nice. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. By far the best choice I made

I wouldn't use these guys again of they did the work for free. They changed me $1100 to put in 3 lbs 410a and some leak sealant. On the phone, we agreed that they would pull and clean the coil. Which for $1100 is a reasonable price. When I checked the system they did not clean the coil and said that is not what we agreed to. I suggest you find a more honest AC company

My boyfriend went with this company and has had a new HVAC unit for a little over 2 years. Since then, it has been nothing but trouble. Even with the “Maintenence checkups” that we pay for, we had a Maintenence check the first week of January, and less then a month later, the unit stopped Recieving power and the company came out and said it was dirty, caused the electrical to burn and now not covered under warranty. They claim even though they were here a month ago for a Maintenence check, it got dirty that quickly. Over 1000$ fix. We are only a couple years in and I can’t imagine how much more this unit will cause in another few years. I have lived in homes for over 10 years with HVAC and did not have any of the issues this one does. Don’t choose this company. Find a company that cares ab
