I had an overall excellent experience with Stay Dry Waterproofing, LLC. Over the last year, I noticed some signs of moisture issues in my house and found some damp areas on the joists in my crawlspace. I left Michael a message, and he responded the same day. He came out in the next day or two to assess the crawlspace and provide me with a quote. When I accepted the quote, Michael immediately got us on the schedule. Jaren and Freddy, the crawlspace technicians, came out to waterproof the crawlspace. They were very kind and professional and did a great job. Michael has followed up several times with me to ensure the job was done correctly and effectively. As I stated, this has been a great experience, and the communication with Michael at Stay Dry has been very easy. I highly recommend this

Had an issue with a sump pump installed by another company. Michael from Stay Dry came out and assessed the pump and diagnosed the issue for no charge. He was quick and courteous, and he promptly scheduled a time to come and fix the issue. Very grateful for their service and will use them for all future water proofing needs!

Great people who you can trust your home to. We are so happy with the work they have done in our yard to fix our drainage issues in Margaret, AL and I know the job was done right. I’m no longer worried about water causing foundation damage to our house. Being in a new construction home with the houses so close together, we and our neighbors have had issues with flooding and muddiness between our houses. This company right here, has morals, and has earned my trust forever. Not only did Micheal Teslich take the time to come look at my foundation issue a few years back, he also saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! I had AFS, and Ox Foundation come over to assess the situation and I was then quoted 30k by AFS, told Ox my situation and was then quoted around 20k. But then came Micheal, he brought it to my attention that I didn't have any major foundation issues, he stated that my issue was very minor and walked me through how to fix it myself. Instead of just selling me a product I didn’t need. He did the right thing and was honest. I 100% recommend this company for any future foundation issues, trust me you are in good hands with Micheal Teslich.
