On February 20, 2026, I had a job scheduled to be done on my townhouse. After a few initial texts, wherein I described the problem on my gutters, which is water overflowing on the front gutters during torrential rains. Instead of giving me a quote for that specific job, I was sent a quote with a huge amount, proposing to change the whole gutters and replacing the filters. I have to admit I do not know anything about gutters. However, I felt the quote was not consistent with my needs. After a few back and forth, we agreed for only cleaning the gutters and replacing the filters in the front and in the back, although I still felt the work was only needed in the front. Recently had them install bigger gutters (6”) and gutter guards for me. Their pricing was very competitive, and they were able to schedule and complete the work quickly. In that the gutter cleaning company I used to use just raised their rates by 40%, it will be good not to have to keep shelling out that money in the future.
