Steadfast AC Service

Steadfast AC Service was recommended by an insulation company because he noticed an AC duct that wasn't connected when he was doing an attic assessment. I called Steadfast and spoke with Emily. She scheduled me for next day service and I received a text and email confirmation for my appointment after I hung up. I also received a text with the name and picture of the technician when he was en route to the appointment. Although the ETA is not very accurate, I still consider the tracking ability helpful. Daniel was very polite, informative and he provided pictures with an explanation of what and why the repairs are recommended. I think the cost of the work performed today (30 minutes to re-connect an AC duct) was reasonable but they will need to come back on Monday to complete the job becaus

I had a great experience with this Steadfast and James. They were very transparent in explaining the issues they found and walked me through their approach. They first tried one possible solution, then worked to identify the actual root cause of the problem. What really impressed me is that they didn’t charge me during the process and even came back to follow up to make sure everything was working properly. Truly professional, honest, and reliable service—I highly recommend them!

Prompt service when one of our air handling/ furnace units was not operating. Chris was with us in an hour. Temperature outside was minus 5 degrees C ( 23 degrees F). He talked me through the troubleshooting and diagnostics and identified the thermostat as the problem. Steadfast did not charge for the visit and advised me to purchase a replacement thermostat elsewhere. Really honest, helpful and friendly.

We've used Steadfast A/C for years now. On our home renovation where they did all new duct work, all new unit, registers, everything in 2021. We are thankful to them for high quality services. We called them out for the first time today after almost 5 years and they came out and squeezed us in! We need more businesses like this one!!

Daniel and Nate serviced our heater to ensure we are ready for any cold weather that we may experience. It’s so easy to forget your heater since there are not many cold days in Houston. But they explained how important it is to make sure that we’re not caught with any surprises, should we encounter such weather.
