Outstanding! They came out the same day I called after a snow storm. Another company that I had lined up rescheduled due to weather, which I totally understand. I had a really tight deadline and Steam-A-Way came in clutch. Fair prices and great technicians! I definitely recommend!

Such a great experience! We had a middle of the night stomach bug that left our carpet in need of cleaning. I called in the morning and they were able to come later the same day! From scheduling to the service tech, all staff were exceptional! Will definitely use this company in the future. Highly recommend!

carpet and rug did NOT remove stains. The steam away technician said that he would come back later in the day to pick up the rug and take it it in for cleaning . When he didn't come back, I called and was told that they did not make this agreement. I'm out $150 and still have the rug and the dog stain on a small landing on my hallway landing. NOT satisfied

Loved it!! Got rid of all stains and not that much time consuming!! Pretty fast guy! Very pleased with Trey work!! Carpet looks like new again! Thank you!!
