Shannon and his crew Jordan and Charles have always done us a great job. They will go above and beyond to make a customer happy. We use them for our business Razook's Furniture. Just had them come out to do an estimate for my grandmas house and they got the job done today! They really did an amazing job as well. Got stains off our couch and made it look so much better than we expected. Got the floors looking great and were happy to move things so we didn’t have to. The one doing most of the cleaning went above and beyond, you can tell he takes his work seriously and it’s extremely appreciated! Cannot recommend them enough. Both the man who came out to give the estimate and the cleaners were all extremely friendly and kind.

I had a last minute listing that needed the carpet cleaned and the unit had a bad bad pet odor. They fit me in immediately and even better the smell is gone and did a great job. 5 stars! Thank you

We were first time customers of Steamatic, having been referred by a friend. The gentleman who came to give us an estimate was very prompt, friendly and courteous. He answered our questions about the process and gave us good feedback. He gave us an itemized, detailed quote. We decided to just gave the upstairs done for now and, if we were happy with the results, would have the lower level done after the first of the year. The two young men who cleaned our carpet were meticulous and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very quiet, considerate and polite. It has been about six weeks, and the carpet still looks and feels great. There is no soap residue with the Steamatic process to collect dirt and soil.
