The service wasn’t terrible but personal opinion it wasn’t worth the 115 I paid for just one room to be steamed. The prices were a bit higher than other carpet cleaning services nearby and results were very underwhelming. I literally called for one stain. The owner did come on very short notice and was polite, but did not get the stain. He was not here very long and did not seem to go over the carpet as extensive as I thought for the price. He also did not remove the stain which was the main reason I called. Once he left, my partner and I were able to get the stain up ourselves with little to no effort and walmart bought cleaning supplies lol.. which makes me believe he didn’t attempt to clean good enough for the price I paid. This company truly went above and beyond. Service was extraordinary. He called before he came. He explained everything he was doing. Super friendly and down-to-earth. My floors had thick wax build up. I had forgotten what the floors looked like until he finished. It was amazing, and prices are so reasonable, half what the competitor wanted to charge. They are awesome! The customer service was polite, quick to respond and organized. We had hard to remove large stains in the carpet and this company did the job. He was quick and professional. Gratefully,we were able to put our house on the market the next day. We will definitely use STEAM KINGS again.

This is a great company for any carpet needs. I called today about 3 needing my carpet cleaned and he fit me in and got here quick. They did a great job, very thorough, and also the best service you could get. Definitely will come back!
