Steam Master Carpet Cleaning, Water and Fire

We used Eric to steam clean 2 area rugs and 2 upholstered power recliners. Eric did a fantastic job, very professional and through and price was very reasonable. Anyone looking to have steam cleaning done I highly recommend that you contact Eric. Again thank you Eric for a great experience.

Quick response . Upon buying a home the carpet had 'dents' from previous owners furniture. A cleaning company I hired told me to put ice cubes on the large "dents" . I got clean wet "dents'. Eric cleaned this week and I didn't mention the issue . Voila ,after he was gone so were the impressions. Beautiful like new carpets very reasonable cost !

Steam Master has been my go-to floor cleaner for years. Eric, the owner, is fantastic. He’s professional, very knowledgeable, and reliable. The cleaning soap he uses smells amazing. As the floors get cleaned, I love seeing the distinct line showing the “before and after” of where he’s cleaned and where he hasn’t yet. 😱 We’ve tried other cleaning services before that have not been nearly to Steam Master’s caliber, both in professionalism and cleaning capabilities. I highly recommend this company!! 🤩

My name is Dennis, I am posting this review on my fiances account Gail... It was a Saturday morning and i looked through the google pages for a carpet cleaning business. After calling 3 of them with great dissatisfaction .. I called my 4th business and Eric at Steam Master answered the phone. He said he was at a store shopping and did not work on Saturdays but told me that he will come by and take care of my 3 rooms of soiled carpet. Just give me 30 minutes to check out at the store and ill come right over..Well he showed up in 25 minutes introduced himself and explained everything to me and i was absolutely amazed on how everything came out... I was so impressed with this company. Eric went over and beyond to help me salvage my couch. He is very knowledgeable and has great work ethic. He called the next day to check on my couch and came back out to try to resolve my problem which he managed to do. I am so thankful for his attention to detail and that he truly cared about solving my problem. I highly recommend this company.
