I always have Steam Masters do my carpet as they always do a great job. This year I noticed they also clean and seal tile and grout. Ours was looking pretty bad as we have had it for 24 years. It had even started to crack in about 5 places. Well, we are in total amazement at the job they did. It literally looks brand new and we cannot even see the cracks now! My wife is a home daycare provider. So as you can imagine our carpets see a lot of traffic. We have been using another company for the last 8 years and were happy with the job they did. But as the story goes we were encouraged to try Steam Masters. From the set up, to the carpet preparation , to the cleaning, Steam Masters showed us why they are the best! When they arrive they start out by protecting your walls and any non carpeted flooring( the other company did not do that) and prepping all high traffic areas and stains. The machines they use to clean the carpets give off so much steam( the other company we used did not have the high steam option or did not choose to use it) your carpets have no choice but to become clean! My carpets have never looked so clean after a carpet cleaning! B

I liked the communication:I received a text when the tech was on his way,then when he arrived I got a call to verify instructions and punctuality was very good as well.I asked for the carpet washing and pet odor treatment. Also very trustworthy while Richard perform the job in the apartment that I just moved out.

I absolutely love this company! We had Brad clean the carpets in our apartment when we moved into a house. The carpets were horribly soiled and he did an amazing job getting it out. We were so happy with his work that we had him do our new house! I cant say enough how very impressed I am with their service! Brad was so friendly and knowledgeable!!!
