Ask for Keith and you won’t be disappointed, he was punctual, professional, affordable and overall a great person that provides an even better service. I highly recommend him for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. I feel like I have a brand new couch and brand new carpet to match. He even added special chemicals to get rid of that pet smell, I couldn’t be happier or even more satisfied. Trust me supporting local and small businesses is so much better than the big companies and trust I’ve tried em all. So last Sunday he had truck problems. I said no problems. We can reschedule. After we rescheduled for today. He texts and I respond within 20 minutes. He no shows. No call. No texts. I guess he thought it wasn’t in his best interest to come but no call or text. Blew my Friday after committing to a 2:30 appointment. . Anyway. This is straight bullshit. I am beyond the level of bullshit and I had my girl call on another number and he right away responded to her and quoted her $170 right away. While his service is a little over 100 on his advertising. What you do with his company is your business but shady business practices will be shady business experiences. DO NOT BOOK‼️‼️‼️‼️ Other shady reviews. UPDATE: The boss came and made the problem solved. He was apologetic and had a family emerge

He even used special treatments to wipe out stubborn pet odors, and the difference is unreal. Keith came the very next day after calling for an appointment. Our carpet had not been cleaned in about three years, we have indoor pet and high traffic areas where grandkids play.
