Company does a good job with scheduling, proper time management, and cost expectations. Leeroy showed up within the time window and let me know that it would take 1-1.5 hours to complete. We had a 3 level home with finished basement and loft, and 2 sets of stairs to clean. It took him around 1.5 hours to finish and then a day or so to completely dry. We did a basic clean for this house for a little less than $400 with a discount. Posting before and after photos of the clean. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

When I called Steam Pro I talked to Vivienne and told her I was looking for a vacant unit deep clean. We discussed that the property was approximately 1100 sq ft and almost half had carpet, which included the bedroom and an upstairs loft.
