Had a cleaning done on oil burner boiler. Tech left the burner running black, there was black smoke coming from the chimney. He came back just to get readings an hour after and left it running black AGAIN. Another tech came next day. Had to do an extensive FULL cleaning due to the soot build up. Ended up under firing boiler for whatever reason, pump started leaking and system has had issues ever since. They also charged a relative an extensive amount due to their lack of experience working on the unit which ended up requiring 3-4 techs over several days. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone, even in an emergency situation.

I called and made an appt to have my boiler serviced. Got a call back from them the same day they were to show up and said something came up and they had a more important job to do and couldn’t make it. The tech still showed up at my door after this call and went straight to my basement, then he called his boss and they advised him to leave to go to this other property. It wasn’t a problem at this point as i rescheduled with them. But then they never showed up at the next scheduled appt!! Therefore I waited weeks just to have to call someone else to come out anyway because these people weren’t reliable.

They sent 2 of their guys to my house to change my furnace. I have a security camera in my kitchen and watched one of them steal from me. I confronted him immediately and he put it back. Had I not confronted him and not had a security camera in my home, would he have tried to take more? Very upset by this and wondering how many people he did this to. Im just the one with the camera and caught him.

As the cold weather does unexpected things I called steam specialists to address a frozen pipe issue and they came the same day and helped get things running again and they also explained the process well! The techs who were out today may God bless them, thank you steam specialists!

Dave, Bill, and Tanner replaced our 25 year old cooling system in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner; all under brutal summer heat and humidity conditions.
