They did a great job. They picked up my rugs, cleaned them professionally and notified me when they were ready. They returned the rugs, reinstalled them, replaced the furniture and were timely, honest and professional. Loved what they did, they even repaired my Bocarra rug. I will use them again as I have other rugs that need cleaning. Terrific job.

Have used Steam Sweepers several times for my synthetic shag rug. Every time it comes back looking like new. Pickup and delivery is a big advantage. I highly recommend them for cleaning all area rugs!

Quick and easy! I wish we had taken before pictures to compare because our rugs were so bad we considered getting rid of them. However after getting them cleaned here they are like new. I would recommend to anyone! Thanks Brian and Team

What an amazing company. I have a Persian rug that had been severely impacted by both my cat and dog. It was almost unrecognizable when it came back to me. What a difference ! In addition, everybody that I dealt with was professional and warm and helpful. I highly recommend this company if you have a rug that needs to be cleaned.

SS in Bellingham! I came in to see about getting a rug repaired and while they did not end up repairing my rug, the gentleman gave me so many helpful tips. I figured it was a long shot but he did not rush out me and was happy to chat about rugs and problem solving with me. It was very delightful. They seemed to value good craftsmanship and provided good work they cared about. They were very responsive, friendly, and experienced.
