I have used them twice a year for the last 8 years and they are very professional and friendly. Lincoln has cleaned our carpets and tile all 8 years and he is the best. Pricing is reasonable. I have three extremly active sons ages ranging from 8 to 12 and what ever they put on the carpet Lincoln can get it out!

I was unaware that Stanley Steemer used subcontractors. In the past Stanley Steemer serviced us themselves. The subcontractor arrived. He was very young and smelled like he hadn't bathed in a month. Our furniture legs weren't protected and no special treatment was offered. I suppose I'll have to find another service.

Excellent service! Arrived at scheduled time and even gave me a text 30 minutes before showing up! The carpet specialist, Lincoln, pretreated spots on my carpets, and every single stain came up!! He did ask me before treating with any additional enzymes for possible pet odor, and we chose not to add an additional amount. The house smells fresh, and I’m very pleased with the results especially for the amazing price! I had 5 rooms (4 plus a very large great room) using their current running special of $129.95, and I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you, Steam Vac Carpet Cleaning!!
