Steamatic of Fargo

We had an excellent Experience with Steamatic of Fargo. Team was Patient, Communicative. Packing was Fast and efficient. Extraction of the sheetrock & insulation the cleanest process a person could imagine. Tyler, Greg and Cody were the main team members who were so patient and understanding when we were overwhelmed. After things were extracted they had suggestions for better ways to rebuild. It is an amazing company to work with and would Highly recommend them. So glad there is a company around that does this kind of work, and do it with understanding & compassion towards the customer.

I had a really good experience with Steamatic for my air duct cleaning. Denver was the tech who came out and he did a great job. He was super friendly, explained everything throughly, and took before and after pictures. The ducts look a lot better now. Crysta in the office was great and extremely easy to work with. She made scheduling easy and was good at keeping me in the loop on any updates. Would definitely work with Steamatic again in the future.

Andy is awesome to deal with great customer service. The situation I was delt with he came up looked at my house and was able to find out that nothing was wrong with my thermol heat in my ceiling. Everything checked out and is in working order. Thank you for the great help.

I was very happy with their work. I am located 700 miles from the project site and couldn't be there as often as I would like, but project manager Deidra did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the progress and providing regular photographs. Andi was also very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I had

This was a great experience! We needed cleaning of a house for a family member who had passed away. They were efficient, professional, and friendly! Their work was top notch! Would recommend without hesitation!
