Steamboat gondola square parking garage

I paid at the kiosk for a full day for $65 - I have the receipt and now PRRS is trying to charge me a $92 parking violation when I paid for the full day, it’s a huge scam. I tried to contest my ticket providing my receipt of purchase, and they only reduced the violation to $72 even though I very clearly paid. Steamboat please get rid of this terrible company

I paid for $65 for a full day of parking which is already ridiculous. Now they have the nerve to try to charge me $92 for a parking violation when I paid for the full day! Ridiculous! This garage uses those scammy PRRS enforcers to send out tickets. Channel 9News has extensively covered their shady practices of sending out fake violation notices. I will never park here again. I'd much rather park for free and take the shuttle than get fleeced. I'm obviously disputing the charge, but others need to be warned about the unscrupulous practices of this lot.

Charged me $92 for 20 min dropping off my family. Don't get caught in the same trap. The company that runs this garage (PRRS) has a long list of complaints with the BBB and has even settled disputes with the CO Attorney General. So many disputes that the Denver Post wrote an article about them in June 2025. Find somewhere else to park unless you like spending time with lawyers.

Says $20 after 2PM, but still charged the full $65 at 3:15. The number to call is voicemail only.

Do NOT park here. I paid $65 for the full day and got a $92 ticket from the PRRS. Ridiculous.
