SteamworkS Carpet Cleaning

This is the third time we've asked Jeff to help us in our home. The first time he helped us get all the carpet in our home cleaned and worked hard to time that service between us closing on the house and the movers arriving. The second time we needed his help just because our carpet needed cleaning due to us living in the house. This time he cleaned outdoor carpet on our patio. The carpet looked to be dark grey, and he did such a great job that we now know it is a light grey. He does excellent work and is very professional.

I have been a client of Steamworks for at least twelve years. Jeff is great. He is always on time, very professional yet friendly, and does an excellent job in cleaning my carpet, tile and upholstery. I would not use any other cleaning company.

Below is the comment I left last spring. Jeff helped us move into a house that was clean and beautiful, so when we needed to take care of stains from life and pets I was happy to reach out to him. It was great seeing him again, and our carpet looks great again. Jeff at Steamworks was great. He was friendly and professional when we first spoke by phone, he checked in as our appointment approached, he was on time, and he treated our house and belongings with care. Jeff has been cleaning my carpets on a regular schedule for the past three years. He is always friendly, on time (if not early), and does a great job. He is very knowledgeable about carpets and their care. I would highly recommend him.
