We have used Sterns Flooring for several years. Louis has always been here for us. Job is always great and done in a timely manner. Very professional staff and would recommend Louis and Sterns Flooring for any flooring that might be needed!

Deciding on which business to use for our flooring needs was a huge decision for us. We had three different estimates done and decided on Stearns. This turned out to be a great decision. The materials (Carpet & Vinyl Plank) we chose turned out to be a great choice. We had help from the store employee who gave us advice on the different types of flooring. The installer, Tony, was very professional and knew his trade well. He was very intent on doing a great job for us and at different times during the work checked to make sure we were good with the progress. I would highly recommend this store and their installer. The final bill was exactly what was promised in the estimate. There were no additional costs after the fact which we have experienced with other businesses before. Thumb

From beginning to end Stearns and their crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. When I first arrived at the showroom I was shown samples and learned pros/cons of the vinyl/laminate difference. Once we picked out our flooring it was ordered and installed in about a month's time. The install crew made quick work of removing the carpeted areas and existing vinyl. When they ran into some issues they were quick to let us know what the issue was and how they planned to solve it efficiently and with expertise. At no time did I feel they didn't know what they were doing. They were even friendly with my son and let him keep the retro baseball cards they found behind a couple of baseboards! Darren was wonderful to work with! He was accommodating, helpful and timely in responses! Tony was amazing at install. He was honest about his concerns with laying the flooring before the basement was dry. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping local and here!
