Great service. They treat their customers well and stand behind their work

Stearns has worked on my pool for years and always seemed to do good work. Early on the warranty repairs were seamless but since then their support model and pricing has changed. Definitely shop around when looking for repairs. No longer my first choice

My wife contacted Stearns for a quote for several pieces of equipment. The lady who answered the phone was rude and when she heard we were price shopping hung up the phone on her. I posted about this on their Facebook and instead of reaching out they blocked me. Don't waste your money on these people. Their solution is to be rude and hang up on you, imagine you have a problem and need to call them? They didn't help us, do u think they will help you? All we wanted was an estimate to install equipment, And that was just to much for the Karen who answered the phone.

I've used a few pool service and maintenance companies for my business. A different company told me that we needed to replace the entire automation system for thousands of dollars. these guys came out and had it fixed in half an hour.

horrible workmanship. I wanted my filter cartridge cleaned, instead i have a leaking pool filter now. when i called them to come back, they claimed to have had the problem with the leak fixed. the moment i turned my pool back on, it leaked again. absolutely horrible service, twice.
