Had a old garage 1 car in naperville wanted a 3 car to replace it. Steele and lober offered the best solutions for my new garage at reasonable price they handled design and worked with me on location options based on city of naperville requirement which I was clueless about! They handled all permitting communicated the time line and exceeded expectations these pics are me returning from a 3 day trip went from a slab to a functioning garage. As far as the construction, I have no issues.. atleast not yet. All of my points of contention come from the Salesman Larry and Manager Phil. I had requested an extention of my driveway which was being done alongside my patio making it one big concrete pour. I told Larry that I wanted the extention and the patio done but he only marked the patio being requested (my fault for not noticing on the plans). When the demolition was being done and inspected, that's when I noticed the extention wasn't on the plans. I immediately contacted Larry which turned into a verbal argument over the phone with him saying I never requested it and only kept repeating "it's not on the plan, it's not on the plan". Best Garage Builders -- for Sure We experienced an accident that essentially wiped out two of our 4 two car garages. There were 2 cars in each and three were damaged.
