We used Steele Restoration to replace our roof and gutters. Special thanks to Ethan Thomas for thoroughly inspecting our roof and coordinating with the insurance inspectors. Even though we ran into some difficulties and pushback from the insurance company along the way, he was extremely patient and helped us work through the issues again and again. He provided excellent service every step of the way and was incredibly patient in answering our many questions. Highly recommend!

Fully professional from day one. Very responsive and great in communicating. No push sales, just what was needed. Steele Restoration did a number of roofs in the 280 homes neighborhood. Andrew was super helpful in scheduling and Claire was great in billing as I messed up and did not handle my Insurence checks the right way. Never any problems in splitting the bill, arranging for delays. All in all, great firm. See crew photo attached - great, kind and respectful hard working people. Steele Restoration was fantastic to work with. Andrew started the process and worked well with our insurance carrier. Made that process painless for us. Then you have Claire Cox who masterfully scheduled everything out and they were on and off my property in a day. My property was clean when they left.
