I was so impressed with their response to my feedback and their quick recognition of the problem and generous solution. This is an honest operation that delivers exactly what they say they will. I ordered 16 inch wood and I got 14-16 inch material as expected with a minimal amount of kindling sized material mixed in, honestly the exact amount you would want in a cord of wood. I called on a Friday and when fuel and wood prices and availability are tumultuous at best and these guys got right on it.

Great people to buy firewood from they are quick to deliver and the wood is perfect size for our stove the driver was very polite thank you Kevin and your professional team you have my business
