Steem Master Carpet Cleaner

John has cleaned for us over the past couple of years and really takes pride in his work. When cleaning our massive area rug, we noticed a spot where the soap didn’t come fully out and he took care of it immediately with no inconvenience to us. He was able to bring our cheap, builder grade carpet back to life and get out all the dirt stains. He spends time making sure your carpets are in tip top shape before he leaves!

John has always done such a great job on our carpets and also our couch as well! He is very thorough, friendly, hard working, and treats you like family. He will answer any questions you may have and also uses the appropriate treatment that your floors or furniture needs. We have cats, dogs, and kids so our floors and furniture can get pretty dirty. Despite this, by the time the cleaning is done, everything looks brand new. We have used Steem Masters several times and there's no one else we had rather take care of our floors. Colt showed up while I was in a meeting (yep-I was one of those customers) and he had every right to postpone my service, but he was so patient and once he got in He went straight to work and was done in NO TIME.
