Dwaine gave very prompt service, is very knowledgeable, and was very fair in his pricing. He also does a great job of cleaning up before he leaves. I also like his practice of sending a picture before he arrives. I am extremely pleased with all he did and would highly recommend him.

I called to have my water pressure checked and the young men that came out checked every one of my faucets. Apparently they all had built up sediment. He even went outside and checked all my hoses and went to my water house and checked the water pressure of my water well. Highly recommend! They did not even charge me for the service call because they will be coming back to install all of my faucets. It's a win-win!

Our appliances are getting old, so when the water heater began a slow leak and then stopped completely, I figured it would be a full replacement. Steinmetz was fast and helpful; the picture of the service tech along with the arrival text was a great way to let customers feel at ease. Install and removal were speedy but the plumbers were still careful to protect my floors and carpets. Very happy…and now we have hot water again!
