Stellar Carpet Cleaning

Using Stellar saved me a couple thousand dollars in 2 rooms I thought were to far gone due to previous elderly, sick dog and cat .. Bobby explained what type carpet, it's quality and future care needed. They came out like new. Bobby was very affordable, meticulous, friendly and very thorough. He said I don't need to replace it for a long time, just take care of it in the future. It's very refreshing to have someone who wants to help you and save you money in the long run. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the outcome. Thank you so much.

2 rooms were cleaned, and Bobby was very professional. I’m very pleased with both, but after drying, 1spot, about 1 foot in diameter, in family room appeared, which was not there before. See photo, it’s not a shadow. I may try Spot Shot on it to take it out. Bobby came out to our house initially to clean a throw rug that was truly beyond repair but we wanted to try to salvage it. He was completely honest with us and wanted to help us save money which is always greatly appreciated, we changed our plans to have one of our rooms in our basement cleaned along with our stairs. He completed it fast and did a phenomenal job! We have 5 kids who were running around on a Saturday afternoon and he worked around them showing them how he did it and letting them watch him do it, he was wonderful with them. We are already planning to have him back to finish the rest of our carpets. If you are looking for someone to do a great job, he is your guy. Our carpets look and smell like they are brand new!

Stellar is always professional and take care of anything I need. Bobby does an amazing job and makes sure you get what you ask for. I highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning that you may need! Bobby is amazing at what he does. He througly gets the job done.He takes his time. He made sure I was happy with the results of my downstairs carpet. The carpet is a lil older and once he's done it looks brand new. Looks brighter and super clean. I won't use any other company.
