Working with Step-up Home improvement was a great experience, amazing customer service, communication and work overall. I reached out online and within the week Charles came to visit, gave a quote the next day and we were able to visit his shop to pick flooring over the weekend. The price was within budget and we were able to pick a date and get everything done the following week. Over 2 days Nelson came in and worked quick, neatly and precisely to replace the flooring in my common areas and bedroom. He did an excellent job and In happy with my new floors.
