I had a great experience with Stephens Plumbing and will be a returning customer when I need plumbers again. When my water pressure was high, I reached out and received a response the same day. Two friendly and professional plumbers (Jake and AJ) came the next day. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did for the service because I thought the pressure reducing valve would need to be replaced, but the plumbers tested it carefully and assured me that it was still working. They carefully explored and tested for the culprit of the high water pressure and eventually discovered pebbles in the check valve next to the PRV! Great service is hard to find these days, with the exception of Stephen’s Plumbing. We had an emergency situation and their schedule was booked, however the owner fit me in within 2 hours. Called to make an appointment . Plumber came to location and called me when I was on phone. Called back in 2 min but he was gone and told me can not be back till next week.

I made an appointment and when I texted to confirm they said they never made an apt with me.. but I have a text confirming. I found them to be very rude over text

I had major outdoor sewer issues. Stephens plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. They diagnosed the problem and made a few suggestions that I followed up on. Their expert knowledge was top notch and they just finished a very large (for me) new sewer install. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Also they were very kind and answered all of my questions, + my neighbors questions. Couldn’t recommended them enough. If you have pluming problems, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.
