Wish I had replaced my door years ago! Service from initial contact to installation was 5-star. My opener broke which prompted my inquiry. They scheduled a replacement of opener to secure my garage in under 24 hours. Then ordered my new door and installed it promptly when it arrived. The representative answered many questions about the door options via sms which was helpful in making the final decision. All technicians that visited were prompt, courteous, and professional.

My garage door remote stopped working. I called Stepp and Sons a technician came out checked it out and determined the motor was bad and the opener was not receiving any codes. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem installed a new door opener, new sensors, programmed 2 new remotes and added a keypad. The door works great, quieter operation than the old unit. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything worked more than once and that I knew how everything worked before he left. Great tech, fast clean service, and affordable. I recommend Stepp and Sons for any/all garage door needs!
