Excellent service. Jacob was prompt & knowledgeable. We had on older freezer that wasn't staying as cold as needed. He could've easily charged us several hundred dollars to repair it. Instead, he quickly diagnosed the problem & made a recommendation to just replace it. Greatly appreciate the honesty & integrity. Can't say enough great things about Jacob & his service!

Can't say enough about the ease and cost of this service. From Maria on the scheduling/technician status to Jacob being extremely timely and quick to fix our dryer. He was knowledgeable and did a great job. He went above and beyond cleaning the inside of our dryer while he was in there and leaving no trace behind. Highly recommend!

Our washing machine was going out and my fiancé decided to give Sterling Appliance Repair a call. Jacob came out quickly and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. He was honest about all of our options as far as repairing or replacing the machine. Ultimately, my fiancé and I decided to get the repair done. I had Jacob referred to me. He came out and fixed my refrigerator. Maria at the front desk was very helpful and got back to me when she said she would. The only time I had to wait was for the parts to come in. Very happy with there service.
