Great experience. I had a very tight timeline for my job. Just 6 days from initial visit to the showroom to installation. This included a holiday weekend. I worked directly with one of the owners who was able to get the carpets I needed from the mill down south to their warehouse. The installers arrived on time, and had the job done before the movers were even ready to put the furniture in the rooms! Their prices were great too.

We've used Sterling on four separate occasions and each time we've been impressed with their knowledge, selection, customer service and attention to detail. They truly make the overwhelming process of choosing flooring (in our case tile, hard wood and carpeting) simple and straight forward. They were candid in regards to quality and durability and guided us towards selections that will stand the test of time. Sterling is one of the most dependable and professional contractors I have had the opportunity to work with. Their finish product is always of the highest standard, be that wood flooring, tiling or even preparing underlayment. My experience with Sterling's Richard Miola was exemplary. We were short just over one box of tiles, of which Sterling was an authorized dealer. They had none in stock but ordered it for me. It had to come from the manufacturer down south. Mr. Miola expedited the order and kept me in the loop as to when it would be delivered, even having an associate call me when he was off for a couple of days. All the staff I was in contact with were very personable and made me feel my needs were their priority, up to and including the young man that put the tiles in my car.
