Had a furnace go out right at the holidays and called Sterling and they were out the same day and not only fixed our problem, but also completed the repair the same day. Service was not only fast but professional and thorough. We were offered options to repair, up to replace, our system, with no pressure in making a decision. We always have great service, but we really appreciate the attention that was given in the timing of this holiday repair.

Woke up Saturday to the thermostat reading 55° in the house. Called Sterling and left a message. Their weekend on-call tech called back in 5 minutes. He arrived in less than an hour, thoroughly examined & tested everything, and determined the thermostat was failing & only intermittently sending a signal to my furnace. He had a new thermostat on his truck, installed it, and thoroughly tested it. The whole service visit lasted about an hour, with no attempt at up-selling and no B.S. The whole thing, including thermostat & emergency call fee, cost about $300. Many thanks to Eliel for being on call this weekend. And big thanks to Sterling for running such a straight forward operation with an honorable team of experts!

We called and got the next day service. Our system was shot and we always had issues with the old furnace in our home. Last year towards the end of the summer we were having a/c issues. We got through that season. This spring we turned it on but it was not cooling. We opted for a full replacement, they also went under our home a repaired duct work to our son's room. It's never been correct in that room. They installed all in one day. The team that came out was amazing. My husband was really impressed on how they handled the install, we had a challenging install on the furnace. I came home from work and had cold air throughout the house, and the new system is larger and so quiet! I'm so happy we used them for our install. Thank you!
