We purchased Hunter Douglas shades from them in 2017 for our whole remodeled home, we have had to repair 2 of the shades we purchased more than 3 times, and every time it has been a HASSLE to have Sterling arrange the repair. This past July those 2 broke again, we have tried contacting Sterling for 5 months by email, phone, voice message and we haven’t heard back from them! WORST service ever, they were very efficient in convincing us to buy all of their Hunter Douglas products and we totally REGRET it!!!!!

I purchased some beautiful luxury vinyl flooring from Sterling and they let me take large samples home to see how it looked in my house and went above and beyond for me to find the flooring that I really wanted in my home. Christine helped me get it installed and it looks gorgeous. Very happy with my purchase and pricing was fair.

The true test if a company is worth looking at is the honesty and integrity of the owner. I have had the pleasure of working with Bill on several occasions and highly recommend giving them a call. This company survives by word of mouth and creating repeat and referral business. Very nice showroom in Sorrento Valley off the the 5 freeway.

We purchased carpet from Sterling in August 2014 for a 11x13 bedroom and it has already moved, needs to be restretched and it is in bad shape - Sterling sold us apartment carpet for $900

Called 4 days ago and still no return phone call
