Sad to be leaving my first ever negative review. Called this company after my builder referred me their way. It took over two weeks for them to be able to meet me and provide a quote, but that's not why I'm leaving this review. They arrived 46 minutes late (all while nobody at the Sterling office was answering the phone) and it took all of 10 minutes to give me a quote that was scribbled on a notepad which I had to take a picture of. That said, the price quoted was fair, the sales person was nice, and I was prepared to move forward. Then they tell me it will be at least 7-8 weeks before they can do the install. I love this company! Their workers had a very professional demeanor on my property and would ask for my input before proceeding forward with the fence. They are very clean and prompt with their installation. They even worked around my crazy timeline with a few issues that popped up with my builder. I dealt with Lauren the entire time. She is super pleasant and responsive. She is definitely the gem to this company, although everyone was great to work with.

Great price and warranty. The installers had a few problems after the initial install. After talking with the owner they came out and fixed the issues without hassle. Out of all the contractors I’ve dealt with I can say these people are honest business women/men. They will honor their warranty contract.

When they installed the fence, they covered two of the sprinkler heads that are on the property line. They were clearly visible. One of which was right now to the property market they used. We were NEVER told or asked at any point about sprinklers or having them marked. When I called they told me that it is "common sense" for me to have marked them and it's my own fault they're covered. They were rude on the phone and also lacked attention to detail while installing the fence. I will now have to hire an irrigation company to hopefully be able to move our spinkler heads due to this companies negligence.

These guys have installed fences at both my previous home and current home. Incredible team and job. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the North Florida area. Very reasonable price, final product exceeded my expectations both times.
