I have called them twice about a leak I am having and both times the ladies answering the phones were extremely short and fairly rude. They also told me twice that they would call me back with their availability, couldn’t tell me when that would be, and the second time I called the lady hung up on me. This is genuinely the worst customer service I have had as two people in a row seemed annoyed that I wanted to be a customer and after 24 hours I still have not been called back.

I had the best experience today when Steven Dodd Plumbing installed a hot water heater. Even though I asked for the wrong size, they were professional and understanding. I would definitely recommend them and would gladly hire them again. I was very happy with the job.

TERRIBLE WORK. DO NOT HIRE. TRIED TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RECTIFIED TO NO AVAIL, NO RESPONSE NOT EVEN A COURTESY EMAIL THAT HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. I DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO COME BACK TO MY HOME TO FIX THIS ISSUE SINCE FEBRUARY. Follow up to this poor job. Jones services came saw the job and laughed. Said steve should really take off the heating portion off because he doesn’t know HvAC. Guy from Jones services figured out the issue in less than a minute. It was not the electrical like steve said. It was the pump. Steve should really pay for this.

Great job would highly recommend this plumbing company. Mr. Dodd contacted me right away and sent Tom to replace my water heater which was leaking on the same day. Tom was very knowledgeable and professional very reasonable pricing would definitely use again.
