Awesome experience! Not only did the tech fix the issue with the furnace, but he explained what was done and why he did it. His HVAC experience was evident, and he gave myself and the tenant some good tips on preventative maintenance to keep the furnace running efficiently and cost effectively. Money well spent with these guys.

FACTS CHECK! I called a day before and I left a message in your voicemail, but I never heard back, so I called again next day around 10:00 AM. Your office told me that I should have someone coming over to my beautiful manufacture home in about 1 to 2 hours. Finally, your tech showed up around 3:45 PM and he was done around 5:40 PM. Based on your tech, the previous job about the same issue was done about 2 years ago. I never refused to pay the bill, but after seeing that he was charging me $90.00 dollars an hour for labor plus $50.00 dollars for using his heating blower running it with my own electricity, all I asked was for a small break or discount which I was denied. By the way, your tech spent almost half of his time on front of my kitchen sink watching the water faucet than outside. I

We hired Steve and crew for a really big job over the summer. They did a quality job, were quick and friendly, and even managed to finish the job a decent amount under estimate. Would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone else.

My sink pipes froze up during the freeze, Bob from morrets came and was able to be use augar to open and drain my sink. He was professional an d friendly, he listened to what was wrong and explained his by pl a n of action to fix my plumbing problem. Very professional

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Steven M Morret Plumbing & Heating. Our furnace went out, then our pipes froze and bursted in 5 places yesterday and he was here for hours helping us and fixing the *many* problems. I am already a loyal customer as he did the plumbing/heat for my studio and did an amazing job - but had he not come out yesterday, our house would be basically destroyed by now. I cannot recommend this company enough.
