Steve Rubin outlined all that had to be done to correct the entire situation, which was quite a bit of work. He gave me a fair bid and a defined timetable. After my approval, his company did an outstanding job on budget and within the promised timeframe. When his people left, the house was immaculate and fresh looking; you couldn’t tell that major work had been done.
