From the initial call to have electric run to my SheShed, sensor light in a closet, and a new light/exhaust fan in a bathroom plus Ben suggesting a upgrade to a pull chain for a basement ceiling light Steve Waldman Electric, Ben, Alex & crew were polite, nice and skilled in all aspects of the projects. When I was asked how they could improve their service my reply was "Everything went great! and the only thing I could think of was to maybe bring donuts or throw in a Freebie next time". i highly recommend Steve Waldman Electric and we will use them again.

Called for service and got immediate help. Nice staff. However I just needed a ceiling fan reconnected to the ceiling. It took them 2 1/2 hrs. Had an college intern watch the licensed electrician do the repair. When I received the bill they charged me for an emergency fee which was ridiculous because they were able to come ASAP. They also charged me a $140.00 intern training fee that by the end of the time it took for the repair they charged $395.00 total for a fan that only cost 150.00 to install. Will never refer them to anyone. I feel they are price goughers. Very disappointed.

Needed the cable from my meter to inside panel replaced. Called and Steve setup an appointment. They checked and verified what was needed before starting explained everything and checked regarding latest codes. Ben was on time cleaned up and really did awesome job. Nice to see a business that really cares about doing it correctly. Would recommend them highly.

I gave Steve Waldman Electric a call to get a quote to install the electrical work for a hot tub. My experience from the first phone call to Ben coming out and giving a quote was a breeze. The office staff was incredibly pleasant and when Ben stopped by he was personable and professional! They provided me a super fair quote. I’d have no problem calling them back again in the future!

Very nice people and I'm sure this isn't everyone's experience, but the two people who came took 7-8 hours to change a simple light fixture and while doing this incredibly basic task (at least I would think for an electrician), they managed to fall off a step stool, shock themselves, get into a shouting match on the phone and make me incredibly late for work. During this, there boss came to my house and told them what to do and then left. They took a few more hours after that. This was all fine until I got the invoice and decided to charge me for every bit of labor. I get surprises coming up, but there were none. I just paid hundreds of dollars for them to train their employees on a very basic job. When I call an electrician, I pay for expertise. That's not what I got.
