This is a wonderful and local plumbing and HVAC company. I used them to install central air in my home in Hudson, NY. The installation was great, and the level of service is simply incredible. Any issues I have had have been addressed quickly and professionally. Despite my offer, they refuse to charge anything, even three years after installation and the expiration of the warranty. Impressive level of service. I also use them for basic plumbing and heating services. Cannot recommend enough. This is what a local plumbing and heating service should be.

Professionally run and high quality work. Nicole and her team installed a Mitsubishi heating and A/C unit in our house. They did the job ahead of schedule and left the site spotless. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed by the treatment I was given by Steve & Weber.. I was referred this small company by one of “their” regular customers.. After doing my research i decided to call and ask for an estimate since they had great reviews and seemed Proffessional.. I was looking to install a gas tankless heating system for a unit. they were on time for visit and asked many questions which seemed promising. one week went by... NOTHING... I then follow up with a call asking about the quote.. I was told they would provide quote soon... another week went by... NOTHING.. I then follow up today- almost 3 weeks later and I’m told by Elaina “we are too busy with our current customers with no heat and don’t have time for new customers”... I patiently waited for 3 weeks and this is the response I get by
