Windemere HOA has been working with SSL for over 11 years our property is 60 + acres, from the start we have always had a wonderful experience working with Steven Smith Landscape. During consultations they listen to our ideas and provide fantastic design suggestions that fit our budget. The crew is VERY professional, punctual, and hard-working. They clean up our property perfectly each day, and the result is beautiful landscaping that has always exceeded our expectations. We also appreciate their prompt communication and willingness to answer questions even after projects are completed. We highly recommend them.

Steven Smith has been maintaining our HOA landscaping for nearly 10 years. They did stellar work for the first 9 years, but for the past year the work has been dismal at best and our account manager, Michael Fontana, has ignored the issues we've addressed with him. Our lawns are not being mowed and are overgrown with weeds. Their crew has manually turned on sprinklers and then forgotten to turn them off, leaving them to run for days until a homeowner discovered water overflowing onto the street. Weedy grasses are growing over the top of bushes so profusely we will have to use Roundup to kill the weeds and bushes, then replant everything from scratch. It's really unbelievable that a professional landscape company can care so little about the quality of their work.
